Returns & Exchanges

All of us at Karat Gold will do our utmost best to satisfy our customers; however we realize that on occasion there may be a problem.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order then you may return it within 10 days in original condition for a refund or exchange.  A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.

We recommend that you insure the package when you send it, as we do not offer refunds on packages that become lost or damaged.

Your item will be inspected upon receipt and processed within five days, less the cost of the shipping.

Please note: All returns subject to approval. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items showing signs of wear or have been resized or engraved or altered in any way.
